With over 20 years’ experience across industries including marketing and publishing, Mary is Head of Operations for City Hive, supporting the Leadership team with the day to day running across the business. 

Mary overseas several areas of City Hive, including the Academy, where she works closely with our Experts Bureau, members and advisory board to deliver an impactful programme of workshops and seminars. 

 Mary also leads City Hive’s highly sought after cross company mentoring scheme. She is responsible for the day to day running of the programme working with colleagues and external consultants to co-ordinate all aspects of the scheme.
